Collins Elementary Christmas Party

On December 11th, The Asian American Youth Giving Circle sponsored their first event. It was a Christmas party at the Collins Elementary school for its CSI program. This program aimed to reduce high school drop out rates by providing all the necessities at-risks students may need during middle and high school years. This included food, clothes, counselling services and other support. Founding members served food & drinks, played games and brought gifts to all the wonderful students. Dr Peta Gay Chen from Hope Clinic also explained to them about the program in detail and shared with them the importance of giving assistance to these kids. "A little help can go a long way."
